Are there any must-have's? I looked longingly at the Betty Shopper (metallic) and the Edith Shopper (in the cream) but I'm not really, really feeling it.

Beth, the Edith Shopper in Ivory looks ten times better than it does on the website. As for the Betty, I am not leaniing towards that bag too much.

I A-L-M-O-S-T bought that metallic Betty shopper... and then I saw the total, with tax and everything, and it was almost a grand and I just couldn't make myself do it. Of course, I now have to go back and look at the Edith in Ivory. How big is it to carry? Can you really sling it over a shoulder? Who has one? How do you use it? (My resolve is m-e-l-t-i-n-g...)
