Neiman orders on backorder forever

Not sure how many others are experiencing the same, I had two Neiman orders with 4 dresses placed on 11/25 and 11/29. So far only one dress arrived.

It's approaching one month!:tdown::tdown::tdown:

When chat on line, it's always like this:

"Your order remains in a backorder status; our buyers are working directly with the vendor in order to obtain an approximate date. We do apologize for any inconvenience."

Hello, you said it's in stock when I ordered it, this is cheating!:lecture::mad:

Wow, and they can't give you a better estimate as to when the items will be back in stock? Can you cancel the orders?

It's happenr to me before. It sucks! I was once out of town and they left my 1k package at the door for an entire week. Before I left town they said my items were still on backorder and would be for a couple more weeks after I was out of town....luckily no one took it!
