I was recently in the Neiman Marcus in Chicago and saw a Gucci bag which I liked. It is not on the Gucci website, not at the Gucci store in Chicago or the Saks lookbook. I prefer to buy at Saks because of the points and ECG. Does Neimans sometimes get exclusive bags? It was a beige/ebony canvas with black patent trim.

I think the purse you're looking for is from the Full Moon collection. They have a tote and hobo style. It's on the Gucci UK website. I got the Full Moon Tote a couple weeks ago from Nordstrom. It has the GG beige/ebony fabric with the black patent leather trim. I LOVE this style of bag. It looks so chic.
Yes, that's one of the main reasons I fell in love with this bag. I like how great it looks with black. Were you looking at the hobo or tote?
I am planning on purchasing the medium tote. I am hoping Saks carries the bag so I can used the gift card I earned from the last ECG and earn points. It really helps now that I was able to print the page from the UK website. It should help the SA locate the bag. Once again, this site and its members come through.
Yes, I'll bump the thread for you. It'll have full moon in the title. I didn't have good pics of me wearing the bag (used camera phone). I hope to take more real soon.
