I just bought my first Gucci bag, Brought it back home and found out that there are dents on the bag.
These break my heart. Do you know if I can fix them?

I agree with Carrie1986, this should not be acceptable and the hardware isn’t even aligned!!

Did you buy it from the boutique? If so, you should get an exchange.
