Need your help, which one to keep or to let go ?

Hi community 🎉

I am currently facing a dilemma !
Got offered a B25 recently and was not expecting anymore offer but I have been offered another K28 Gris Meyer !

After many thoughts, I think I need to be reasonable and let one bag go off my collection!

Issue is I cant decide which one between my new Gris Meyer or another K28 Gris Neve I got in last May !

Would you please let me know your opinion regarding my collection ?

Personally I would keep both as they are gorgeous and each has a place in your carefully curated collection, but if it were me I’d be weighing the relative merits of these considerations:

1. The Gris Meyer is the only bag with PHW in the collection
2. The Gris Névé lightens and cools the overall colour palette so might give you more choice seasonally
3. The Gris Névé looks to be clémence? Do you find it heavier to carry and is that a consideration?

Personally, I'd prefer hw the other way around, but the GM phw is the most striking, so go Meyer!

I would let go of Gris Meyer — I think a medium/dark gray w/ PHW is one of the most boring combos personally. No offense intended — I turned down etain w/ PHW for the same reason.

GM is the more versatile bag, but looking across your collection, I think you can use other bags in its place. So I’d let that one go

I also second the comment that Grey and PHW is kinda boring

Oooh that Gris Neve is chiiic… the Meyer is nice but I think the black B could “step in” to that role (hardware aside) it’s a similar vibe. But the Neve… special.

Personally l think the Gris Neve is a more beautiful bag. Are you intending to use the kelly frequently? If yes l might keep the GM as there will be less worry about colour transfer, dirt etc… seems more like a workhorse kind of bag

I like the Gris neve better. It complements your collection with a light color bag which would be good for the summer.

Agree with above that the black B can step in for GM (sort of, except the hardware part)

Personally I prefer GHW with grey. I like PHW on black and white bags only - noir PHW is sexy and white PHW is elegant.

Is it an issue of finance that you can't keep both, or do you feel they're a bit too similar?
Try out different combinations of your clothes and both bags and see which one appeals to you more

It depends on your wardrobe. I’d get more user from a dark bag so I’d get rid of the gris Meyer. You have a gold bag which can be used as a summer bag. Would you prefer a dark bag that can have a strap or a light one? What’s more useful to you?

Gris Neve is beautiful in your collection and offers a different alternative to light outfits. Gris Meyer is too safe and similar to black Birkin. Good luck deciding!

I know this isn't what your question was... but hear me out!

What if you let go of both your Kelly in Gris Meyer and Gris Neve. And got a Kelly Sellier, as I noticed that all your bags are Retourne style. I personally think a Kelly Sellier is such an elegant bag. And you would still have your Kelly Retourne in gold!
