I was able to fit most of my things in the 25. A full size wallet fits in the center portion easily. I was able to fit that, plus a mini pochette & agenda in the center no problem. The sides couldn't accommodate the wallet (probably best to be secured in the zip section anyway). Ultimately I did not keep mine because for me it still wasn't big enough because when I put the handles into the sides it made them basically useless (annoying to get things out or in with the handles there like my phone) and I don't hand carry. The handles not being able to hang outside the bag VS inside or inward for me unfortunately did not work. So it can fit a good amount - it just depends how you are going to use it. If you carry with the handles up as a satchel you'll get more use of the side sections. The handles just really annoyed me when trying to carry shoulder or crossbody. It's a nice concept but I wish they'd hang outside normally when not in use. Then I would have kept it.
