I'd probably recommend Dragonfly over Sambuca for romantic factors, ZaZa is *awesome*. Ask about a romantic package, I think they have a strawberry and champagne service.
Also a new "W" just opened her last weekend, should be VERY swanky, lots of celebs came in for the opening, there's a club on the top floor I think.
Also, check out Antares at Reunion Tower, it's 50 stories up and it rotates (one full revolution every 55 minutes) while you eat.
You need to have reservations, but if you can't get them, it's a great place for a drink too!
