Need Ideas For A Setting

You all are amazing with your ideas and I would love some help!

I have two well-matched round diamonds that are like 1.10 carats each. They are well cut and of nice color and clarity. I really want to set them in a ring; and my thoughts are to wear it on my right hand ring finger. I am open for ideas as I have yet to see something that has captured my heart.

The only way I can think of to use the 2 matching diamonds on 1 ring is to have them set on the sides of a nice stone or pearl ?
How about this idea with the stones switched ?

I do love 3 stone rings, but my wedding ring is three stone.

I thought of a bypass style, but it is not my most favorite...maybe if I find a great setting.

Not much you can do with 2 stones.. the bypass idea is great but since they are well matched and you already have a 3 stone..maybe a 5 stone? or 4?

On the idea of bypass settings-

What about something along these lines:

or this- so pretty w/ colored diamonds/gems bordering the edge, maybe:

Or, you could make a ring that is a halo style and use the other for a pendant, or, if you've got kids and already have a pendant, save it for your daughter when she is at an appropriate age and set it for her in something or for your son, if you don't have a daughter, you could save it and give it to him when he is ready to get engaged. Just some thoughts.
