Need help!

Okay, so the situation isn't all that bad. Basically I bought a skincare product on Ebay, and this came with first class mail international shipping from America. I live in Australia so it usually takes 7 days to get here (according to the seller). Well it has been nearly 4 weeks and I haven't recieved anything.

She said sometimes there are delays with customs, post offices ect. and that I should be more patient. She also said sometimes the post office mark it as local pick-up from the PO. I'm really pissed off because I've ordered most of the my things through first class mail internationally and they usually arrive within a week and I don't have to goto all these lengths just to get a package.

I also had to save up to get this in time for the holidays..arghh so pissed off. What should I do and also whats the chance of it being lost in the mail, if it is is there any form of compensation from the seller?!

assuming you paid by paypal, you should open a dispute for item not received immediately ! you don't want to run out of time .

if you log into your paypal account, go to the resolution centre and it should come up with a screen to report a problem, just follow what it tells you to do.
