Hello all,
A little over a week ago I was in a different location than my normal one. I bought the Twist Top Handle in the PM size. A few days later I noticed the charge on my credit card was wrong (that's on my for just signing and not paying attention since I was chatting away with the SA). I was charged for the MM size. So I called the number on the receipt but of course I didn't get the store I got the main customer service number. They said they couldn't help me that I'd have to go to the store. I mentioned I couldn't really do that since it was not anywhere near me so she said she'd email the store and someone would get back to me...it's now been a week and I haven't heard from anyone. The card that the SA gave me only has an email address and every time I've tried to text it doesn't go through.
Has anyone had this problem before? Not sure what to do next.

You could try calling again and try to escalate the issue. Write down who you spoke with, good to have all details in case you do file a dispute.
They still need to fix your records in case you would need any service for the bag in the future.

Look through the folder with your receipt, your SA should've put a business card in there. Often times it has their personal cell phone number on it.
