Michael Kors need help with this bag!

Hi all...I recently purchased this bag. After I paid for it and it was shipped, I found out that the crossbody was not included. Does anyone know the exact color of the trim of this particular bag? Its the Jet Set logo brown PVC medium tassle crossbody. I am hoping to find a replacement or hopefully even the original.

Agree with Jojon21 that the trim is called Luggage. If you call MK customer service, I think they can give you the name & number of a company that makes replacements straps for MK bags. It's a little pricey though. I called them about getting another strap for my black grommet Selma. My youngest Rottweiler chewed it when she was a puppy.

Macy's often has spares in a drawer. Bring in bag and explain situation. Usually they are very accommodating.

Thanks everyone! I was able to go to the Michael Kors outlet yesterday and they had one. They gave it to me! I love my new bag
