I just got a Jumbo Flap and the lining is very loose and the leather is very matt and very flat, not puffy at all. Is this normal? Please help. Should I return?
The quality has decrease lately. I bought 2 black jumbo and had to returned it because the leather exact like what you described. If u not happy with it u should return it .
