Need help with Marmont Super Mini color!

I went to the store to look at the cream color Marmont Super Mini bag today and was torn as to whether it would be a good color given how light it is. They had a red one as well, which the SA said would be a better all around color. I don't have either a cream or red bag in my collection. I have mostly neutrals and one blue/grey bag. I was leaning towards the cream because I felt that I could use it in my LV Neverfull DA when I travel, and it would look so cute together. The red is cute too, but didn't make me as excited as the cream one. Don't know if the cream will show it wear quickly though. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!

I was also deciding between nude or red, but went with the red just because it is a casual bag, and I don't want to baby it. Been pretty rough using it for a week and so far I'm impressed! It's a smooth leather but surprisingly durable
