Need help with leather crease.

How can i deal with these creases caused by keeping the chain above the flap. Thank you so much.

Did that happen because of how it was stored?

It should naturally lessen with time and a little massage now and again. Personally I wouldn't do anything else.

I have used a hot blow dryer and go slowly on it little by little, making sure nothing bad happens. It worked for me. I have even used an iron on low setting on leather straps that have creased.
This may sound scary for some people though.

I have done this too!! Was afraid to suggest it though!

It’s amazing how leather is so much more resilient than people think. I have washed a leather handbag as well. I did it on a cheap one I got from a fundraiser though.

Haha, I have thrown so many bags in the machine! Always came out great, but I hate to suggest it because it could ruin someone's bag I suppose! If it's a bag I won't use because of the condition, well I'm not using it anyway so I just go for it!
