Hi Ladies,

I'm reaching a milestone and decided to treat myself for a diamond ring. I fell in love with this beautiful eternity ring from bluenile for its simple yet classic and elegant look, but I have a few concerns. Those of you who have eternity rings, how much of a hassle is it? As in the cons of having one per say. I know that diamonds fall off sometimes and eternity ring means more trouble to have it resized, I would assume. I never had eternity rings before and I will be wearing it single, on the left middle finger, and for special ocassions only, not daily. And here is the link, just in case.

Any help or opinion would be appreciated, TIA!

That's a very pretty ring....go for it! Am sure you won't regret it.
If you buy a full eternity ring you have to make sure it's the right size and fits perfectly. Most jewellery at the shops tend to recommend half eternity rings as the band at bottom half makes it "less fragile" if you knock it or something, personally I prefer the look of a full eternity though. I have not had any problems with stones dropping off yet either.

I have been looking at Blue Nile trio micropave rings too, I think they are lovely and I am planning on getting one for myself! I have a half eternity band with diamonds and sapphires that I wear with my wedding band and I'd love to get a micropave to add to the stack. If you get this ring (and you should!), let us know what you think of it, you will probably influence my decision! ;)

Thank you ladies! After shopping around for a bit more, I still couldn't get my mind off of this one.
Will do a little more research and decide next week 😊

I'm late to the party...I have a trinity/eternity ring similar to the one you posted; only mine has a 2mm sizing bar and the top stones are bezel set. I have worn it for about 7-8 yrs as my wedding band, "knock on wood" I haven't lost a stone from the sides. I love this ring! From time to time I'll put on my engagement ring but after a day or two I go back to my wedding band. I love the way she sparkles at me from every direction :) The only draw back other then making sure you get the right size, is it's easy to get lotion all gunked up in it.

Never had an issue with diamonds falling out and have been wearing mine for 10 years - 24/7. Mine was slightly too big so they put a sizing bead in it, but that was years ago. Good luck! Love mine!
