Need help on unlocking the Lockit bracelet

I just received this yesterday in the mail from LV and I can’t figure out how to open it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

It's very cute but I have no idea! Almost looks like you could push that little tab on the left where the gold piece plugs into the lock?

My instinctual guess would be to push in on the key and turn it.

I finally asked the SA. You just have to pull really hard to get it out. No turning. It is quite nice, glad I got it

I really like that. I bought one similar from LV but it's silver. If I may ask, how much did it cost? The one I got was approximately $400. Don't remember exactly.

NVM: I looked it up and saw that it's $415, but out of stock. Oh well. I really like it, too.
