120mm heels should be ok as well.
size 5 for other shoes. So, may be 5.5 for CL perhaps?

Sorry to hijack but I am also looking for a pair of closed toe strap louboutins which would could be dressed down or up.

You may want to browse through the reference sub-forum to see different styles you may be interested in but a great closed-toe shoe with a strap are the Wallis MJs. I believe they come in 85mm and 100mm.
