I have some Fortunoff gold heart studs that are quite thick, but they are yellow gold, not white (14k). I got them on eBay so I have no idea how old they are, though, and it doesn't look like they still sell them on their website. Here are a few pics (excuse the closeup of my gnarly hands!).
