need help finding a chanel bag

new to the forum but would really appreciate some help in finding a coco cabas for a special person, i found one on ebay but could do with some advice on finding a chanel bag..

what kind of prices they go for, what style they are, what colours they are, is ebay better for a bargain or a boutique/shop?
