Need help deciding the wedding band

I did post this question in the Tiffany forum but I would like to get some opinions from the vca fans (as I am one of them!) too!

Dear all, I recently lost my wedding band... it got smacked by some heavy items so two diamonds are lost and the band is completely out of shape. Tiffany will charge us for the repair so we just decided to replace it anyways (since it’s insured thank god!) I previously had a Tiffany Embrace Wedding band that goes classically with my Tiffany setting e-ring. But since we are getting a new one I wanted to see different ideas and my husband and I think vca has better quality and probably better service too so we took a look too and found the Romance ring fits my E-ring and fingers beat. So now I am debating between going back to my old wedding band or getting the new one from vca.

Tiffany one has bigger diamonds in front, and it’s such a classic pair with my e-ring. I have always loved mycombo and never got bored. While vca, more discreet and its diamonds are probably better quality So makes it maybe a touch more elegant? Gals I need your opinions!

The lighting in the pictures are very different, so it’s hard for me to distinguish. I would say in this case, purchase whatever ring sings to you the most, you can never go wrong with your intuition. In terms of quality, it can only be assumed that VCA has the upper hand, they’re craftsmanship is amazing but truthfully I have always had good customer service with Tiffany. In terms of craftsmanship between the two, who knows. If I were in your situation tho, I would absolutely go with VCA, as it is different from what you had, and it’s so timeless. I am a big fan of Jackie O. (Kennedy) and I think she had the most fabulous taste and she had a Van Cleef wedding ring. If you’re lucky enough to be able to choose between the two, my choice would be obvious.

I have a very similar wedding set with a similar Tiffany wedding band. I think it goes together well and balances out with the engagement ring.
Is there a VCA option with slightly larger diamonds?
It also depends on your current style. The Tiffany is very romantic and feminine while the VCA is very chic.

I did start the search with the Estelle when I saw it online because I think it has the perlee edge so looks very Van Cleef and has a nice present with more diamonds. However when I tried it on, it’s too bulky. It looks almost like a men’s ring with my e-ring. I think because vca has only channel setting, they tend to look bulkier. But that’s why my husband wants to switch to. Looks more sturdy and maybe harder to break next time...

So today we went back to Tiffany and ordered my original wedding band.

I decided that I could add the vca ring as right hand ring later on as vca’s pieces look the best when it’s on its own.
