Need help deciding on a rolex

Hi guys! I would like to get the feedback of the amazing ladies of the purse forum!

This will be my first rolex. I want to wear it for the next 20-30 years and to be able to wear it on any occasion (work events, working out, date nights, etc). The dilemma: I’m stuck between a 31mm and 36mm. (both will have fluted bezel, by the way!)

Can you help me decide?

You can definitely pull off the 36mm, but I prefer the 31mm.

You seem to have a small wrist so the 31 is probably best. I have a 36 but my wrist is larger.. You will love whichever way you go! Mod pics when you get it too.

I actually prefer the 36mm on you! I do think bigger faced watches are more in style at the moment, however, both sizes are very classic looking to me and don't look oversized on you.

I prefer the 31mm - it's more feminine and understated in a sense. The 36mm looks more manly? and "loud" - it draws more attention to your wrist, depending on what you prefer.

I think the 31mm suits you better than the larger. As others have said, the larger version is too prominent on your wrist.

I like the 31 mm on you. Watches for men are already coming down in size. At some point, the large watches will go out of style for women. Watch companies have marketed larger to women watches to get them to buy more watches, because a smaller watch is more appropriate for many work and dress up occasions. I believe the 31 will be more versatile and will stand the test of time. I have a 31mm like the one you tried on w/ a black dial and Roman numerals. I love it.
