Need help cleaning my Chanel Timeless :)

Hi TPF'ers!

First, thank you for those who will take the time to read my post. I do need your Chanel expert help.

I am so happy because I just got my first Chanel Timeless. It is the Travel line in beige fabric and it is *very* pre-loved, but I love it!

-It seems like there are eye pencil marks inside the inner pocket on the satin fabric. How can I clean them; or at least make them less noticeable ?
-Also, there is a black "shadowy" stain on the inner flap leather, on top of the zip, which product should I use to clean that?

Well I did go through that post you mentioned but they just speak about metallic bags and the inside of my mine is satin fabric.
