Need eyeliner help

dior styliner liquid eyeliner pen.
My mom just got a similar one that was Chanel, I'm assuming that it works just as well even though I haven't tried it myself.

ok this is off the path compared to all the other suggestions.

i use almay and i love it. it stays and doesn't come off UNLESS you cry or swim in your eyeliner. no racoon eyes, stays the whole day. love it =)
