need Chanel lovers opinions on a Celine

so i know we all love Chanel here, but I was wanting to add a few different brands to my collection this year. i've always bought Chanel because i pretty much find it to be a no brainer classic that will stand the test of time.

i'm eyeing either the Celine trapeze in the small size or the mini luggage. i would get either one in an all black color. while i love the style of both bags, i also don't want to buy a bag that's just trendy for now and won't have any resale value if i decide to sell it later

. do you think these styles are classics?

i'd would say the mini luggage will be a better classic piece.

I've got the exact same luggage and another phantom. The trapeze and phantom are more like a fad.

I recently just got a trapeze in the new small and I love it. I do I have to agree that the luggage is more of a classic, but I think there is still a market for reselling the trapeze.

My vote goes to mini luggage! I love the trapeze too but I recently bought a mini luggage and it makes me weak at the knees every time I look at it because it's just so lovely...i definitely think its a classic

I prefer the luggage, just got a nano myself I personally think they're adorable and I don't really care if it goes out of style or not.

Maybe take a look at some of the other Celine styles. I would also take a look at Gucci and Prada for classic styles. If you are looking to switch up your Chanel, have you thought about doing vintage for a change?
