That was pretty much the reaction that I got from my hubby when I showed him that bag. What the heck was I thinking when I thought about buying it???

The pink bag posted by Suli is lovely. Looks somewhat like this Monsac Mint Satchel (rose) which sadly IMHO seems to have been discontinued.

I bought the bag on the right a year or so ago and I love it. It is by Maxx New York. They may have some wicker or rattan bags out this year too. I believe I bought it at Lord & Taylor's.
