I have a question for the Hermes lovers and shoppers on here . I am looking for a shade of orange Evelyne GM in Clemence leather . I spoke to my sales associate in the New York City ( Wall Street )store and I also stopped at the Madison Avenue store. And I inquired about an orange colored bag or in the family of oranges. They had explained to me that they have not seen an orange bag in quite some time being produced in Evelyne. They did offer me apricot which I’ll be honest I did not look at because I needed something either classic orange or a bright orange such as Feu . So my question is for the people who go to the boutiques quite often is there generally a new orange every year that is given to the boutiques or that’s not always the case. Because I want to hold out and purchase from the store and hopefully find a bag with the contrasting strap instead of going to the pre-loved market. Thank you

Have you looked on Hermes.com? They frequently have Evelyns available in fun colors. Right now they have capucine which is likely more red toned than you want but worth periodically looking at the site.
@Saffynyc....Since you own a few Evelynes, I have a question. I got my first Evelyne this month, a PM in etoupe. (I totally get wanting to get brand new from Hermès). Do I have to be careful with the bag (Clemence leather) in rain/snow? I wouldn’t bring the bag out in a torrential downpour or blizzard, but getting caught in a shower, flurries etc. I said this Evelyne would be it with my bag buying but now I think a GM in noir would be great too.[emoji23] Good luck in your search. You’re in NYC, have you tried the boutique at the Short Hills Mall in NJ? My SA there is wonderful.
To be honest I do baby my bags when it comes to rain . I have spilled some water on it and wiped it up and had zero issues . The nior bag is amazing ! I love it so much with gold hardware , I know they sold very very fast .

Yes , I have it’s a beautiful color that’s my 4th option doing red if I can’t find orange . But I want a bright red , like the rouge color .
I haven’t tried short hills to be honest . Only Hermès stores I have been to Are Wall Street , Madison Avenue , Chicago , Lisbon , Portugal and Paris . I didn’t know Paris you had que before hand . The store in Lisbon had a beautiful raisin color Evelyne , but I was more looking for black. My goal was to go to Italy in the summer and purchase the Evelyne there cause of the price difference and also the VAT . When I went into Wall Street store I was planning on purchasing a wallet and in the. corner of eyes I saw the Evelyne in gold hardware and I knew it was a hard find and they told me they can’t promise gold will he produced again . Last time they had one in the store was about 3 years ago . I noticed they sold out online within a few days and are gone .
