Need Advise which bag to pick

I am picking my own Christmas Present from DH, I have my eye set on a Tod's D-Restyling Bauletto, BUT I do have something "similar" to the style, I do want to buy something that I will use in my daily life instead of storing in the closet. I have 2 questions;
1. Should I buy the Tod's D-Restyling Bauletto? (I will post picture of the Tod's and a "similar" bag that I own an vintage Kate Spade).
2. Should I pass on the Tod's and pick something else? a Givenchy Nightingale?
I really can't decite as Christmas is around the corner

I really like the tod's but the nightingale is also beautiful! I don't know which to pick but if you decided on nightingale I'd say go for the red or purple, sooo beautiful!
