Hi everyone! Sorry I tried searching this topic but I’m on the app and searching is very complicated so I hope you don’t mind me asking!
My aunt who is fond of designer shoes (nothing too high) recently slipped on her narra (hardwood) staircase. Very very minor sprain but it got me so worried.
I want to advise her to put grip soles on her shoes. I quickly went to amazon and gee, there are many brands.
What is the “best” brand to recommend to her? Does anyone have experience?
I’m thinking of those “rubber stickers” you put on the soles. Are they safe and good? I know they’re not the same as if a cobbler put them on; but my aunt has a ton of shoes and I figured this could be a quick solution for her safety.
She uses ferragamos with one inch heels... she has a few YSL tributes for Xmas parties... the rest are sandals like Balenciaga and miu miu and Chanel. Slippery leather soles.
She doesn’t care about anyone seeing the soles of her shoe so no need to worry about aesthetics since nobody will see the bottom of her shoe.
Please advise!
Thank you!!
