Need advice on Mini quality...

I just got this brand new mini (thanks to a tip from a TPFer), and while I love the color combo, I'm not so sure about the quality of the item itself. It seems like the sides protrude a lot from the body (almost creating a triangle on the sides), and just looks a bit uneven overall. My other caviar mini didn't have these issues, so I gotta ask everyone for their opinion on if it looks off. I could just be super picky though... what do you guys think?

Can you post a clearer pic of the sides?

Definitely. So here are close ups of the protruding. And then looking at a straight on picture of the back, it just looks lopsided, like the right bottom droops.

I think it's normal and down to personal taste. Some like them super straight, some like them more relaxed. The new one I bought is also a little less stiff - and many of the minis in our store were like that.
What I do to keep their shape better is taking some Chanel ribbon, tuck in the sides and tie it up tightly when not in use. And using some cardboard as a bag shaper. It works well enough for me.

I agree it looks normal, I like the way it looks.

I bought a caviar square mini last season and its exactly the same at the sides. I think its normal for the minis

Ah, thanks, ladies. I think my main problem is that the protruding sides aren't even. The right protrusion is further down the bag than the left, so it looks uneven when looking at it straight on. And then with the last picture I posted, the bottom just looks strange - you can tell mostly when you focus on the bottom seam. It's visible towards the right bottom but almost looks to be tucked underneath near the center of the bag. (Again, I'm just picky, I think... haha)
