need advice for my first Chanel

chanel lovers.. appreciate if you can give me some advise on whether I should get the black patent m/l flap or the black caviar m/l flap in SWH?

I am tossing around these two which one to get for my first chanel.. is patent more limited? but will patent go out of date very soon? i seriously do not know which one I should get

can someone kind enought to give me some pros and cons?

caviar because its classic and will increase with price..plus caviar is good for daytime and night..i find patent more usuable at night

If you read other forums on here, if you live in a humid or very hot place patent isn't very durable.

caviar is definitely a good pick for a first Chanel because it IS durable and you don't have to worry about scratches, etc. GL!
