i have a sheaffer enamel ball point pen and i love it. they do a silver one and im sure it comes in gold too. theyre nice and slim and hard wearing and not too expensive.
i live in the uk and bought mine at heathrow airport but they are available world wide. i think they might even be an american company. their site isnt v good as far as pictures are concerned but theres a huge list of stockists for north america
