Neck lift or jawline lipo

I had twojaw and vline and now my soft tissues are strange..
I’m not sure if it’s soft tissue or excess of fat.
I’m not sure if I should do necklift or jawline lipo.
i need some advices please

Is this the sagging you were complaining about? Coz girl, you are tripping. The sagging is so minimal it is hardly noticeable.

The top picture is after V-line and DJS. The bottom picture was her before the surgery at ID hospital.
