Navy Blue vs Sea Water Marcie

Hello ladies...I have a question for you: Is Navy and Sea Water essentially the same color, just different seasons?
I'm eyeing a medium Marcie online in the Sea Water color and I already have a Navy Marcie. Color seems very similar but I am big on blue leather hand bags so I wouldn't mind having more.

Sea Water is like a bright purple/blue, IMO it's not very attractive. I ended up returning mine for a Navy Blue last year. The navy blue and classy and chic looking.
