So at first I bought a pair of Hamilton shoes with my Macy's rewards but on day one I had more blisters than I could count and the leather was scuffing! Returned those and got my gift card back and it has been burning a hole in my pocket until today! Who's around for a reveal??

Thanks! Anyone know how to protect the canvas on her? I'm afraid to use her for fear the white will pick up on everything.

The card in the bag says it is treated. So I am guessing nothing to do to it but wipe it clean if there is spot on it. Is that what your card says?

I'm a little neurotic but I protect my bags like crazy....

I use Apple Gaurde spray to protect the leather and use Scotchgard Fabric And Upholstery Protector for my canvas bags. Haven't had any issues yet *cross fingers*

You already sprayed your canvas nautical bag? How did you protect the leather on the bag? I am afraid I will ruin the leather trying to protect the canvas. But I am so afraid of getting the white stripe dirty.

Yep! I sprayed the Apple Garde first on the leather parts and then the scotchgard on the canvas. So far so good!

Okay...good. Can I ask you how did you cover the leather when you sprayed the canvas and how did you cover...protect the canvas when you sprayed the leather?

Honestly, I didn't protect it in any way...I literally only Apple Garde sprayed the leather parts first...not really worrying about a little getting on the canvas..then sprayed the Scotchgarde on the Canvas. All doing this outside of course...I have a covered lanai area that has empty plant hooks...so, I hang my bags on hangers on the plant hooks and spray away. Be sure to be a good amount away about 8 inches away from the bag and spray (try not to inhale the fumes I hold my breath.) Spray lightly not to soak the bag. I let dry for about 30 minutes.
