Naples boutique?

Hello ladies! Mostly-lurker here. I'm planning to make a drive to the Naples boutique in a week or two; it's my nearest and ~2 hours closer than the Miami locations. Can anyone share their experiences with the Naples store, and/or any recommendations for a SA?

Also - my only previous experience was at the Boston location, and I knew exactly what piece I was intending to buy. This time around, I have my eye on a few potential items (guilloche pendant/earrings, MoP 10 motif, possibly blue agate). Would it be wise to call ahead and see if they have them in stock, or would it be reasonable to assume they'd be there?

I was just in Naples a few weeks ago and worked with the store director, he was really friendly. The store is small but was just renovated in the last year or so. They had the new 20 motif blue agate necklace on display as well as a few other new designs. With it being a smaller store, you should for sure call ahead.
