I have both. Here's my response from the Nano club thread.
I initially wanted the Nano Noe only but I liked it so much that I eventually went for the Nano Speedy too.

The Speedy is very cute but I feel that with the non-detachable strap you don’t get the full cuteness of a miniature Speedy because the handles are flopped down when you wear the bag. It would be so cute as a handheld but the strap kind of gets in the way. I do like the zipper though and it fits a little more than the Noe.

They're both small bags. The Nano Noe still fits everything I personally need. I carry very little in my bags though - phone, keys in Orbit key holder, card case (I don't use a full sized wallet), hand lotion, small compact mirror, word ID on lanyard. I can put my mini pochette in but it'd have to go in vertically and I don't like it sticking out. The Speedy fits the mini Pochette comfortably.
I would recommend you check out that thread my post was from to see photos. I'm sure people have posted what fits in their nanos there.

I think the speedy will fit more. I remember complaints about items falling out of the nano noe. But I assume that's an issue with that noe in general, regardless of the size.

I own both: I like the speedy because of the zip closure. It keeps all your content inside the bag in case of any accidents. The speedy opening is small, so unless you have tiny hands it could be a nightmare.
With The noe I like the ease of in and out without the zipper restriction.
Between the two the speedy fits a tad more: can fit a mini pochette with some twist and turn inside the speedy whereas the noe it sticks out.

You will have to be persistent or lucky to get one. They are very popular and harder to find than most other items.

I just happened to stumble upon the Nano Noe on the website randomly on a Saturday afternoon. It took me about 2-3 weeks of constant stalking of the site to get the Nano Speedy.
