Nano belt bag glazing repair?

I noticed the glazing peeling/coming off some edges and corners of my nano belt bag. The bag is grey so the areas stand out and look like white spots. Kind of disappointing since I hadn’t used the bag that many times before noticing this was happening and I take care of my bags.

Has anyone had glazing issues and tried to repair it? What are the options for repair? It was purchased from a department store so would the Celine boutique help? Thanks!
