Sorry I don't know the artist or year issued. Can you take closer photos of any writing on the scarf?We may be able to make out a signature for you.

^^ I think it was from 2004, at least that was when it was last reissued. Don't known the artist either though.

It is Allures, and unsigned , I think - so no particular artist is credited with it
