I just got a silver paved rhinestone coach key fob for my purse. I have heard of this, and wonder if I can use clear nail polish on it to prevent the stones from falling out? TIA!

I would think clear modeling paint would be better. Nail polish chips easier than model paint. Use a brush with small pointed bristles and just coat the top where the rhinestones are.
I used Aleen's clear glue to re-glue a rhinestone and it looks great. I'm thinking of covering all of them in it. You can't see it at all. I'm pretty sure it's the all purpose one. It looks milky but dries clear.
