So just what the heck is a "turtleskin" handbag?! I actually own a similar Pine Spectator Kristin bag and I had no idea that it was made of such a rare, exotic material as turtleskin!

It's a figment of the seller's imagination, it's embossed croc IIRC, I have several Kristin Hobos with the same embossed leather. Here's a different style, Kristin Embossed Croc Expandable Tote, that uses both the large and small embossed crocodile scale patterns:

Oh geeez lol. Thank goodness it wasn’t actually turtle skin. Reading people’s listings when it comes to items in general can be amusing, especially when you know a lot more about the item being sold than the seller.
