so, i guessed correctly and my hh package arrived less than an hour ago and to my surprise, i received a small box, same size as what they ship wallets in....

i thought to myself, wow, hh didn't scrunch down my zephyr, did they? they've been pretty good with all my past purchases and don't think they would do that to my zephyr:sad:

well, it's because they sent me somebody else's order....a corinne and sophie card case in black!!!:wtf:

I mentioned earlier that my order tracking info says it's in Australia, right? well, the orders got mixed up so my zephyr IS IN AUSTRALIA! :shrugs::crybaby:

They put the correct Customs Form with my order but the actual packinglist has the info for the Australian order.....which made me think.....by any chance, TRAVELMOM, is this your order?

Salina is taking care of this for me....have the RA# and all......just wish they didn't make this error. I go back to work next Monday (finally off Maternity leave) and won't be home to receive any packages during the day....oh well:girlsigh:

OMG, frenchie..... I'm so sorry!!!

But....damn, that Sophie card case iiiiiiiis pretty cute.....:ninja:

All kidding aside, though - this is a pretty big mistake, especially considering the international shipping. Sheesh.....

mamatojakers.....the sophie card case is quite nice as well as the corinne :smile: yup, it's gonna cost hh money to have both of us (the other customer, included) ship the goods back....especially the one from australia!

mdlovesbags- trust me, i've waited 3 mos. for this order!!! just trying not to lose it...since hh customer service has always been pretty good to me. good idea, but i'd rather not have my purchases get delivered at the office...once, when i got a package delivered to my aunt's work in VA, she was told that it was against company policy:oh:

Namkha, I was lucky this time.....my "wrong" package was not randomly chosen by customs this time, otherwise, that would have been another $53 (roughly) in duties and taxes. HH did include the correct customs form, but the incorrect packing slip and product:hysteric:....I'm not mad, just wanted to use that smiley....:graucho:

Thanks TR :biggrin: You know something, I never even looked inside either the Corinne, nor the Sophie card case ...had to run errands not too long after I took the pics earlier today, so I've been out of the house for the rest of the afternoon...will check it out tomorrow and will take pics of the interior, before they go back to Brooklyn:smile: but yes, the Corinne does look elegant:yes:
