My wear and tear on my YSL CAMERA

Hey ladies! So I’ve owned the camera bag for about 7 months now. While this is one of my most used bags, I try to “baby” it as much as I can lol. I’ve heard and seen that the top part of the bag where the zipper is located eventually raises or “warps” after time. While it has raised on mine, I’m also noticing that I now have what looks like dents? Has this happened to anyone else’s Camera bag? How is the top area holding up for you?

watching this thread as I'm really curious if this has happened to anyone else.. i'm interested in this style and for a bag that is only owned for 7 motnhs regardless of how often used, I don't think there should be indentations like that......

I've been wanting this bag for some time now so this is helpful to see in terms of wear and tear. Your bag looks like it's in overall excellent condition except for the top zipper area. I'm curious if YSL offers warranty or repairs. . . ? Have you reached out or brought your bag to a store. . . ?

Just wanted to send an update on this — the SA I purchased from at a Saint Laurent boutique replaced my bag with a brand new one (no cost!!) I couldn’t be happier!

I was just a neiman and saw it on the shelf and it had all those dents it turned me off

So... disappointed. This is my first YSL bag and I was eyeing to purchase others. I bought it less than 1 month ago and worn it twice and this has already started happening. I got it from matches fashion, both times after I've used it I stuffed it with the paper it came in to try to keep the shape and yet here we are... it's obviously not "as bad" as some others I've seen but this is after 2 uses for a few hours and BABYING. I've sent the photos to matchesfashion hoping they'll do the right thing.. if not I'm not sure what Id do..
