My unusual Cartier ring; anyone know the history on it?

My mum gave me this ring years ago. She told me that my godmother had given it to her, so it has a lot of sentiment attached to it.
Upon closer inspection I realized it is a Cartier ring!
It is made of sterling silver with enamel and an 18k yellow gold “stone” in the center.
I tried doing a search on it but all I found was one other ring like this for sale on EBay.
Any thoughts?

Unique stunner! I immediately thought - Art Deco - hard to say more about its background. Found this https://www.lot-art.com/auction-lot...ier_18k_sterling_ring-29.8.17-uniquesantiques
looks identical. It’s silver gold and enamel. Maybe reach out to the auction house say you’re interested and request more details? Also found one eBay sale claiming it’s 1970 Art Deco style. And one more thing maybe worth exploring, Cartier logo I saw on EBay ring resembles Le Must de Cartier line. Maybe your ring was part of the more available and better priced line?
Had to edit: There seems to be an identically looking pendant on Poshmark. It’s stamped ‘sterling’ meaning it was made in the US, no European country used “sterling”.

Thank you for the detective work! It’s a beautiful ring. I am thinking it is from the 1970’s ❤️
