my Tiffany eternity band, what to do with it?

any suggestions on what to do with my eternity band now that I am no longer married?
should I repurpose it? what do you all think? I would love to hear some Ideas. here is a photo of the ring

Beautiful ring. Would you feel weird still wearing the diamonds from it? If not, I would totally repurpose them! Perhaps a sprinkle dbty style necklace? Or could you give it back to Tiffany & get something else from them?

I like the idea of DBTY necklace... I didn't know that I could take it back to Tiffany to see if they might have an idea, I will try visiting them next week, lets see what they say.

If it's from Tiffany then my guess is that it's worth more than juste the value of the diamonds so I would sell it and get something new. If you really want to keep it then a pendant with multiple diamonds would be nice as well

Never hurts to ask I think. It's at the discretion of the manager but I've experienced Tiffany's graciously making exceptions for me in the past. If they say nothing and you don't want to sell it, I would maybe get a Tiffany chain, take the ring to the jeweler and make a dbty necklace. Or you could even add it into a diamond bracelet if you want the diamonds to be intermingled so the memory of the marriage isn't as pronounced to you.

I would recommend selling the piece as is and using the money for something else. If TIffanys is able to repurpose the piece then you could always turn it into a pendant and earrings combination or perhaps a ring in a different design?


I would recommend calling customer service and asking what they are able to do as the store may not be helpful.

I had my yellow pear shaped diamond set in dbty. After a year, I figured the setting was not doing it a justice. I told my SA how I was feeling about the piece, and bammm immediately got invited to the store. They went above and beyond, adding a soleste around it, changing the chain to platinum etc. I find customer service people have no idea what's going on over the phone. If I was you, I would contact my SA directly.

Sorry to hear that Tiffany in Dubai is not able to do anything for you. I would suggest you either repurpose it to a diamond bracelet or sell it.

On a separate note, what is the size of each diamond on the ring? The ring is beautiful.

thank you, not sure about the size, I will go to the mall this weekend and visit Tiffany to get the details.. I might as well sell it, will see
