The dust bags just started up last Christmas. If you bought a Tano bag prior to last December, you wouldn't have received one. Only Must Have Bag (singular- not plural- no "s"!) and Bergdorf Goodman have Tano dust bags- no one else does.
Tano doesn't sell directly to the public, except once a year at their warehouse sale. I think they gave out some dust bags at their last warehouse sale- maybe they have a few extras and will send you one? You could email [email protected] and ask. (If you beg and plead and say you are Tano's biggest fan, maybe he will do it for you?)
