My speedy 25b arrived today Missing pieces! Has anyone else had this happen?

I received my new speedyb 25 mono today. It is my birthday and Christmas present from my husband. He bought champagne and I opened the box and the middle section of the strap is missing as is the lock and keys. Chicago Nordstrom’s is supposedly over nighting the missing pieces. I feel bad for my husband because he was so excited to give it to me

Ps I just ordered the same purse in dm about a month ago online and it came with everything no problem

I once ordered a Speedy B 25 in mono and didn’t receive the vachetta strap, it came with the Damier Ebene strap. Not sure how that happened, but they did overnight the correct strap.

That’s kind of crazy. I’m glad tonhear that they overnighted the correct piece.

Issue is being corrected and now you have an adventure story to go with your new bag see good in bad.

I’ve only purchased straight from LV.

Sorry to hear that you going to so much trouble for a speedy b. Me too. But I guess you have to return the first one since they sending you a new one. Hopefully new set is completed and have no issue. Hopefully third time is a charm to me.

Wow, I’m surprised they won’t just send the middle piece of the strap. That seems the easiest option.
