My second Parchment Sophia is damaged, Dove Marielle Opinions. please?

I had to send back my Parchment Sophia to Jax due to damage. They were nice enough to send me another. This one still had a spot that peeled on the front belt. When I was in the store, I had loved two very different bags. The Dove Marielle ( love light bags for Winter) and the little sequin Sophia for a special night out. What are your thoughts on the Dove color and the weight and comfort of this bag for a casual look and the tiny Sophia sequin cutie for a night out to replace my Parchment? Different, but I want either one for my Birthday next week. Thanks!?

I am thinking the Dove Marielle since I have the Bronze one. I love the Parchment, but I can see the flaw and it bothers me, so I probably will not be able to overlook it and be happy. My Birthday is on October 6th. Libras like everything fair, scales balanced and asthetically beautiful. I can't have a smudge, lol. Happy October B day to you too! Excuse my phone. DH is on the computer.

Hi, I hope so, I have not made my decision yet. None of the stores here have it in the Marielle. They have the Sophia. Some people love the color, some do not because it is not gray, not beige. Well, everyone has very different taste and that is why there are so many bags, many bags, every month or two more bags, what is a PF addict to do?????:smile1:

Wow another Libra girl. Happy to you too! I always loved my Birthday because it was the fall, Halloween, sweaters..sigh..Now I am in Florida and it is pretty hard to enjoy it in the same way. I get the wanderlust to go to Maine..Vermont, just take off and get my Cider and some red apples. Maybe they will make a Cherry bag like the Sabrina again and put me in the old fall spirit..Thanks Libra girls!!:smile1:

The Dove Sophia is Gorgeous!!!! The leather is really nice and slouchy.The color was described as a clay, and that is a fitting discription. The color is very neutral :) I love the shape and style of sophia over any other.But this is you we are talkin about, so therefore I hope you can get the bag you want...;)

The CS rep at Jax called me back after looking at my first Parchment bag and saw all of the flaws. They apologized and talked to their CS team, which is always so very nice about Coach reliability when something goes wrong. She said to stop trying to be happy and accept the flaw on the second bag and to send it back. They are sending me the Dove in the Marielle style which I really like, so slouchy and different. I have it in the Bronze. They are also giving me the coupon that I had with the Parchment. And, they are shipping it out by Friday, so I will have it in time for my Birthday present weekend away with DH. Very nice!! ;)
