Chaussurewhore---You know what, you are soooo right! I've been using my bag like crazy these last 2 days and it already feels thicker. The leather on the bag is absolutely amazing(thicker and smoother to start with, though), but the front is quickly catching up. I'll definitely have to post before and after pics once it's broken in and super smooshy. The nice thing is that it definitely wasn't stiff to start with. It was nice and soft.
