Alexander Wang My Rocco Duffel Bag is discoloring

I just got my AW Rocco Duffel Bag in Velvet Smoke (greyish), and after just 5 days is starts to discolor from my clothes! I am really freaking out!

Is there any way I can remove the blue marks, or will it stays like this?

Really need your help!

i have leather wipes from Danier Leather, but i think they only have stores in Canada. they have gotten rid of colour transfer on almost all of my bags and works great on my laser cut rocco. mabe you could find something similar to them...?

Thanks. I can't find something similar on the internet, but I called a leatherstore and they recommended me to use a little bit of soap and water, but it has only got worse! Now there are brown marks on my grey bag.

I really want to return it (brough it on madisonlosangeles.com), but do you think they will accept the return? Have sent them an e-mail, but they have not respond yet.

I'd be really surprised if they accepted a return since you've already tried cleaning it. Can't hurt to ask so I'm keeping my fingers crossed for you. Keep us posted.

Unfortunately, they probably won't take a return for that. It's the dye from your clothes and not the bag that's at fault.

Sounds like denim transfer to me. Try a leather conditioner/cleaner to see if that helps, or the wipes suggested above. Madison doesn't accept returns for that.
