I acquired this beauty very recently and am so in love with it!! There are actually two versions of this bag; the more expensive velvet and ayers version is already sold-out at net-a-porter and the DG website. Mine is the cheaper (well, comparatively!!) version, leather with this awesome velvet rose and key embroidery. Got mine through farfetch, from an Italian boutique at a price that is no longer available.
It may not be everyone's cup of tea, but oh I think this is my favorite now :D!!! Already thinking up all the basic, monotone outfits that can complement this one.

That is stunning!! I love that the embroidery is made of mostly neutral colors... but isn't neutral at all! It will match so many things and always be eye-catching. Congratulations!!

What a stunning bag! The embroidery is divine but most of all I'm loving the shape. You don't see too many doctor bags about and this one is a step above most!

What a fabulous bag! It's such a perfect amalgam of all that sets Dolce Gabbana apart from other premier designers. Yes, this is a really structured bag, at least as of now! But not all the Sicilys looked so structured when I was doing research online before purchasing...celebrity shots etc. The leather in mine is a very hard and sturdy kind, so I guess that's the reason. Thinking of buying one of those bag bases for it too.
